Trust isn’t claimed. It’s independently verified.
Six evidence areas define the E-Validating standard. Verification is evidence-based, not opinion-based.
Legal Identity
Company registration, business licence, tax registration and legal entity status are checked against issuing records and supporting evidence.
Ownership and Governance
Owners and directors, authorised representatives, official contact information and lines of accountability are reviewed.
Digital Presence
Domain ownership, website integrity, SSL and basic security posture, and use of an official business email are assessed.
Business Transparency
Refund policy, privacy policy, terms and conditions and published support information must be present and accessible.
Consumer Trust
Grievance history, response time, resolution behaviour and customer accountability form part of the ongoing record.
Continuous Monitoring
Business status changes, domain and website checks, compliance reviews and risk alerts continue after approval.
