Grievance Policy
Last updated: 1 July 2026. This document is provided for the demonstration platform and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication.
Purpose
This policy explains how grievances submitted through E-Validating are received, validated, notified, tracked and published.
Submission
Consumers submit their details, the business, transaction information, complaint category, description, amount involved, evidence and preferred resolution.
Validation
Identity and evidence are checked. Invalid, duplicate or unsubstantiated claims are filtered and are not published as validated.
Notification and response
The business is notified and must respond within the defined timeline. Response time is recorded.
Tracking and publication
Resolution progress is tracked. Public figures separate reported, under validation, validated, resolved, unresolved and rejected matters.
Escalation
Serious or unresolved matters may be referred to appropriate regulatory, dispute-resolution, payment, legal or government channels where applicable.
Limitations
E-Validating does not replace courts, government authorities, regulators, police, or statutory consumer-protection systems, and does not award compensation.
E-Validating provides independent business verification and trust information. It does not replace statutory licences, government approvals, legal advice, law-enforcement agencies, courts, regulators, payment disputes, or consumer-protection authorities.
