E-Validating — Verify. Trust. Transact.
How it works

Verification is not a one-time event.

Trust must be continuously earned. Every E-Validated business moves through the same six-stage standard, then stays under continuous monitoring.

  1. Apply

The business submits legal, operational, ownership, and digital information.

  2. Verify

E-Validating independently checks the legal entity, authorised representatives, domain, licences, website, policies, and other evidence.

  3. Approve

Qualified businesses receive an active E-Validated status, live badge, and public trust profile.

  4. Monitor

Digital and trust-related indicators are continuously monitored.

  5. Protect

Consumers can verify businesses and submit grievances.

  6. Renew

    Verification is periodically reassessed.

Trust statuses

Five statuses. One clear meaning each.

The primary verification outcome is always a status — never a subjective score.

E-Validated

The business has completed independent, evidence-based verification and remains subject to continuous monitoring. Verification is active as of the displayed date.

Not E-Validated

The business has not successfully completed the E-Validating verification process. This does not automatically mean unsafe.

Under Review

An application or reassessment is in progress. No verification outcome has been published.

Suspended

Verification has been temporarily withdrawn pending outstanding evidence, responses, or unresolved validated matters.

Revoked

Verification has been withdrawn. Matters may be referred to appropriate channels where applicable.
