E-Validating — Verify. Trust. Transact.
For consumers

Check before you pay.

Search a business, see whether it is E-Validated, read its public trust profile and validated grievance information, and submit a grievance if something goes wrong.

Search a business

Search by business name, website, certificate ID or country in the public directory.

Check verification status

Every listed entity carries one of five statuses: E-Validated, Not E-Validated, Under Review, Suspended or Revoked.

Read the public profile

Legal name, verified website, certificate ID, verification timeline, reviewed documents, alerts and status history.

Review validated grievances

Grievance figures separate reported, under validation, validated, resolved, unresolved and rejected matters.

Submit a grievance

Provide your details, the business, transaction information, evidence and your preferred resolution through the Grievance Centre.

Understand each status

Not E-Validated does not automatically mean unsafe. It means the business has not successfully completed the E-Validating verification process.

Next step

Trust should never be a guess. It should be instantly verifiable.
