Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 1 July 2026. This document is provided for the demonstration platform and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication.

1. Agreement

By applying for verification or using the E-Validating platform you agree to these terms.

2. Assessment, not outcome

Businesses pay for assessment, not for a positive result. Paying the assessment fee does not guarantee approval.

3. Accuracy of information

Applicants must provide accurate, complete and current information. Material inaccuracies may result in Suspended or Revoked status.

4. Continuous monitoring

Verified entities consent to continuous monitoring of digital and trust-related indicators for the duration of verification.

5. Public publication

Verified entities consent to publication of a public trust profile containing factual verification and validated grievance information.

6. Grievance response obligations

Verified entities must respond to notified grievances within the defined timeline. Persistent non-response may affect status.

7. Suspension and revocation

E-Validating may suspend or revoke verification where evidence, conduct or monitoring outcomes no longer support an active status.

8. Limitations

E-Validating provides independent business verification and trust information only. It does not replace statutory licences, government approvals, legal advice, law-enforcement agencies, courts, regulators, payment disputes, or consumer-protection authorities.

9. Fees and renewal

The annual fee is AED 1,000 per verified legal entity. Additional entities, complex structures, physical verification or custom integrations may be quoted separately.
