Verification Disclaimer

What verification means
An E-Validated status indicates that the entity has completed independent, evidence-based verification and remains subject to continuous monitoring. Verification is active as of the displayed date.
What verification does not mean
Verification is not a guarantee of performance, quality, solvency or outcome. E-Validating does not state that any business is 100% safe or fraud-proof, and does not guarantee any transaction.
Not E-Validated
Not E-Validated does not automatically mean unsafe. It means the business has not successfully completed the E-Validating verification process.
Status changes
Status may change at any time based on monitoring, reassessment or validated grievance outcomes. Always check the live status before transacting.
Independence
Verification decisions are made on the basis of evidence reviewed. Fees are charged for assessment and do not influence the outcome.
Referrals
Serious or unresolved matters may be referred to appropriate regulatory, dispute-resolution, payment, legal or government channels where applicable.
E-Validating provides independent business verification and trust information. It does not replace statutory licences, government approvals, legal advice, law-enforcement agencies, courts, regulators, payment disputes, or consumer-protection authorities.
