How the live badge works
The badge reads live from your verification record. If your status changes, the badge and the browser extension reflect it immediately.
How monitoring works
Domain, website, licence and status indicators are re-checked continuously. Material changes may trigger review.
How grievances affect trust status
Reported grievances are validated before publication. Response time and resolution behaviour form part of your public record; persistent non-response may lead to Suspended or Revoked status.

Renewal
