1. Scope

This policy explains what information E-Validating collects from businesses applying for verification and from consumers submitting grievances, and how that information is used.

2. Information we collect

Business registration and licence information, ownership and representative details, domain and website information, policy documents, and grievance submissions including evidence and contact details.

3. How information is used

To assess applications against the verification standard, publish factual public trust information, validate grievances, and continuously monitor verified entities.

4. What is published

Only factual verification outcomes, certificate details, reviewed document categories, validated grievance figures, alerts and status history are published. Personal contact details of consumers are not published.

5. Retention

Verification and grievance records are retained for as long as necessary to maintain an accurate public trust record and to meet applicable obligations.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data where applicable law provides those rights. Requests can be submitted through the Contact page.

E-Validating provides independent business verification and trust information. It does not replace statutory licences, government approvals, legal advice, law-enforcement agencies, courts, regulators, payment disputes, or consumer-protection authorities.
